Jeanette's music ministry began when
she was 13, singing in area talent shows, with local groups and
traveling with the DC Showmobile. At age 17 she made her first
live elevision appearance on the late Peete Green show
performing with her local band. Years later, along with a new
group, she won 1st place in the DC Talent Search at Constitution
Hall in Washington, DC. She also performed with a group called
"Rebirth" in Tokyo, Japan for two months in 1977 after
attending Howard University for two years. Jeanette also toured
with local recording artist "Gayle Adams" in the
'80's. In 1988, she performed with Peabo Bryson as his
background vocalist.
Ms. Harris wrote and released her
first recording in 1996, "For God So Loved The World". Her latest release
"He Cares"will surely bless you as you listen to
this anointed Woman of God. |
